Welcome and thank you for taking the time to visit my page. My name is Abbey, originally from the UK but gratefully moved to Melbourne in 2012.

My passion is helping other people whether that is through physically healing the body, energy healing, advocacy, support or coaching. I am an Alcohol and drug councillor as well as fully qualified in Massage and Beauty therapy. I have travelled to over 30 countries, successfully ran my own entertainment business, successfully had an Air bnb business and started to develop property. It wasn’t until God had other plans for me and threw me of that path so I could start my wellness business.

When I first trained in beauty and massage therapy in 2012 at that time making people just ‘look good’ wasn’t my true passion or purpose. I moved to Australia, had children and focused on being the best mum. That wasn’t until I had a messy divorce, family violence and left single parenting a 1 and 3 year old, one with ASD with no family or support that lead to 5 years of self destruction, shame, guilt, addiction and mental health issues. My addiction got to the point of being suicidal and loosing finances, family, friends and eventually my children spent a short while in foster care.

When I was still in active addiction or nearing the end of my active addiction I dragged my feet to a massage shop where I had cupping done. She could see the inflammation, odema in my legs, sallow skin colour and puffy face and she knew how much pressure i was putting on my organs from my unhealthy lifestyle and said if I carried on I will die of a stroke. The first session was so painful and the cupping marks were also black showing the toxicity in my body and the stagnant blood flow and energy. After only 3-4 sessions the pain started to reduce, the cupping marks become a light pink colour and the oedema reduced. I also unaware had lost fat in stubborn areas like my love handles and bingo wings which was an added bonus. I felt so much better after my sessions it really motivated me to start looking after my emotional and physical wellbeing through regular massage (please refer to services page for the astounding benefits you receive from cupping therapy).

It motivated me that actually I can help people fix up their bodies and not just ‘LOOK’ good but ‘FEEL’ good as it did for me. These days from synthetic and processed products/food, bad habits like smoking and drug use, pollution, medications and lack of exercise and self care our body becomes toxic, parasites build, cholestral rises, blood flow becomes stagnant, energy (CHI) becomes stagnant, nervous system and lymphatic system are on overdrive and it starts creating not only disease but effects our emotional/mental wellbeing.

Not only throughout my journey did i become obssessed with cupping and the physcial benefits (BODY) I knew I had to try help other people not go through and feel the same depths of dispare i had found myself in, and if already in that place, to try help people get out of that space or at least assist them somewhat on their journey to move forward (MIND). This is where my advocacy, support & coaching comes in.

Somewhere on your journey i hope you can unlock the SPIRITUAL as it plays an important role connecting with your higher power. For me my deep spiritual awakening happened when i was abusing my body and mind and operating in a low frequency and vibration for quite some while. I certainly opened the door to the devil and fell for all of his wicked ways and tests and saw many of the evils in this world. I was living in hell at that period of my life and know what it feels like to be totally alone and trapped with no way out. After my children went to foster care around that time, one night i had a revelation and everything come together for me and my spiritual awakening happened. 100 % my spiritual saved me and made me get up and fight for my life. I always had everything i needed in me but i was lost, distracted and neglected my mind, body and spirit. I am still not perfect and struggle with usual stress, parenting, lonliness but i can keep ontop of it and flow with the universe instead of against it.

I now have strong ties to the spiritual realm and energy as well as highly intuitive. I am connected to my higher power GOD who is pushing me to use my gifts and live in true alignment with myself by sharing my knowledge, compassion and wisdom to the people who need to find themselves again. I really believe I have the tools to transform peoples lives if they are willing to listen to my advice.

I am a fierceful advocate when it comes to advocating for yourself. From representing myself in a 6 month children court case, taking the mental health tribunal to VCAT, taking my property lawyer to VCAT, submitting many FOI requests, health commisoner and APHRA complaints, researching all the acts and my rights and going through legal documentation.
